Terri-ann Sherwood is a Yorkshire born fiction writer and poet. She lived and worked on the outskirts of London for a number of years before settling on the edge of the beautiful Peak District in Derbyshire, UK. After giving up work three years ago to care for her wife, she now splits her free time between writing and running the online group ‘The Writer’s Chest’. 

 

Terri-ann has already had a poem published (entitled 'Pride' and printed in the 'National Poetry Competition 2013 Collection') and a single short story pocket book publication is in the pipeline. She is currently working on getting her own collection of short stories ready for publication whilst expecting her first child in October 2015. Other works in progress include ~ A lesbian fiction novella ~ and her first full length novel set in the 1950's. 

Drawing inspiration from everyday life, the diverse world in which we live and the people she encounters, her stories and poems are sure to have something for everyone. Literary influences include greats such as Plath, Huxley, Woolf, Salinger, Hemingway and many more.
